The AI guardian for government

Use AI.
Keep the state’s secrets.

wiseearth-os stands between your employees and every AI model. Every prompt is checked against your rules, citizens' details are swapped for placeholders before they leave, and nothing travels further than your rules allow — Estonia, Europe or the frontier. Every word is on record.

Your browser could not draw the globe. Prompts go to a model in Estonia, in Europe, or a frontier model — never further than the axioms allow.

Why it matters

Today, nothing stands between your staff and the AI.

Employees already paste letters, case notes and memos into outside AI tools. The prompt goes straight over the internet — names, personal ID codes, internal documents and all. wiseearth-os puts a guardian in the path.

How it works

Seven things happen to every prompt.

The kiosk talks only to the guardian's queue. Pick a step to see what the guardian does there.

Try it — runs in your browser

Send a prompt through the guardian.

This is the guardian's model running in the page: the same rules, the same steps. Nothing you type leaves your browser. Watch the globe above as each prompt is routed.

kiosk · not signed in

Ground Zero signs in any email by magic link. In production, only emails at the government domains your security admins list can sign in.

Sign in at the kiosk, then send a prompt.
Each step the guardian takes appears here.

Axioms — your rules, enforced

Security writes the rules once. The guardian holds every prompt to them.

Each axiom says what it protects, what the guardian does when a prompt breaks it, how far a prompt that touches it may travel, and whether the employee is told why. When several apply, the strictest action and the strictest reach win. Change one and send the prompt again.

Actions in Ground Zero: block and redact and send. Hold for approval (by the employee's manager) and warn and send (the employee confirms) come after Ground Zero.Declaring axioms in the console arrives with R1 · only security admins may

The record

Every prompt, decision and response — on record, for the right eyes.

The guardian is a queue: every event is appended and never removed. Auditors and security read everything, an employee reads their own, a manager reads their team's. Anyone else is refused.

Built on Claude

Ground Zero runs on Claude models only.

“Ground Zero uses the suite of Claude models only: frontier Claude models where a prompt may reach a frontier model, and lesser Claude models standing in for the small language models. Production may use different models.”

In production the guardian routes to your own mix — small models hosted in Estonia, European models, frontier models — and the axioms decide which may see what. Locations shown on this page are illustrative.

EE
Stays in Estonia → a small model in-countryClaude Haiku stands in for the in-country small language model in Ground Zero.
EU
May leave Estonia, stays in EuropeClaude Sonnet, as the European model.
∞
Touches no axiom → a frontier modelClaude Opus. In R1 the employee may pick a model at the kiosk — the axioms still decide.

Flight plan

Ground Zero first. Then it grows with you.

Every release completes a job end to end. Pick a waypoint.

Start a pilot

Let your staff use AI on Monday — safely.

A pilot runs the guardian for one team: your axioms, your record, Claude models behind it. Build your pilot brief from the axioms you set above, then send it to us.

Adjust the axioms

Your brief will appear here: the axioms you set, where your prompts went in this demo, and what Ground Zero includes.
